Bigfoot Ale Sighting
Just as many of the stories I have heard about Bigfoot sightings, this story also happened unexpectedly and with hardly any evidence to back it up.
Generally if you ask the average person if they know of any reports of Bigfoot sightings, they will bring up the Pacific Northwest. If you happen to ask someone a bit more informed you'll maybe hear Texas, Pennsylvania, Ohio, or even Florida. I guess this is why this story is so appealing. It takes place in Connecticut.
It was your standard end of a long workday when "Steve" decided to stop in the local package store on his way home to pick up a six-pack. Now being in New England his usual purchase was a beer like Sam Adams or Harpoon Ale, only this day was going to be different.
Just as he walked in front of the exotic beers is when it jumped out in front of him. He pushed aside some fancy microbrew and there it was, a lone six-pack of the elusive Bigfoot Ale by Sierra Nevada.
Knowing this was a once in a lifetime (or at least once in a season) opportunity, Steve quickly snatched up the beer. However, by the time a Bigfoot Researcher could arrive at the scene, the Bigfoot Ale was gone. Only evidence left was Bigfoot tracks (well bottle caps with footprints on them). Even the surveillance camera footage turned out to be too blurry to make out the details.
